We’re building sustainable community power in Garner to elect Democratic candidates, advocate for progressive policies, and cultivate democracy at every level of our government and political party. This meeting can include planning outreach activities, sharing updates from Wake Dems, and introducing ourselves. Any registered Democrat or Democratic-leaning Unaffiliated voter is welcome to attend.
Please join us for our regular monthly precinct meeting to meet other Democrats and Precinct Officers as we discuss activities and actions to help us mobilize voters in the 10-05 Precinct.
Join like-minded friends and soon-to-be friends to commiserate, pontificate, and collaborate on the third Saturday of every month. This is a primarily a community-building social event, but may involve planning and info sharing as well.
The Board of Commissioners sets the County’s property tax rate, regulates land use and zoning outside municipal jurisdictions, and adopts the annual budget.
