– In-person Venue: Fountain of Raleigh Fellowship Church, 9621 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, NC 27615 (intersection of Six Forks Road and I-540)
– Remote link will be provided to those who opt to attend virtually

– Observers must register by 6:00 pm on Wednesday, May 17.
– Delegates must register by 6:00pm on Thursday, May 18.
