Early Voting & Election Day Volunteers Needed!

We are looking for people who are able to work a hour shift at any of the early voting sites and/or any precinct polling location on election day. We have 15 early voting locations around the County. Take a look at the Early Voting story to see all locations and hours of operation. Find the best location and time that fits your schedule and let us know when you plan to volunteer and help us turn NC blue in November.

Please contact the WCDP office at (919) 828-5656 or info@wakedems.org if you would like to volunteer or have any questions.

VOTING IS A 3 STEP PROCESS

Voting in North Carolina is both easier and harder than it used to be.

Please follow these steps to make sure your vote counts in this critical election. The most important thing is to vote all three parts of your ballot.

Fill in the ovals to vote for Obama & Biden and in the nonpartisan races even if you vote straight-ticket Democratic Party. Otherwise, you’ll miss voting for President and for nonpartisan offices where the party is not on the ballot.

* Make sure you are registered to vote. (you may also view your sample ballot)
