The Wake County Democratic Party is proud to announce a new event to raise funds for efforts this fall!
Join us on Saturday, August 18, 2012 for the “Forward to Victory-Summer FUNdraiser.” Come out to meet the various candidates running this election cycle. In Wake County, we have over 30 Democrats including President Barack Obama on the ballot. They all need our help to defeat right-wing Republican opponents!
There will be indoor and outdoor music and festivities. Bring the kids out to enjoy the children's area with sprinkler, hula-hoops, games and more.
Fresh pork barbeque, chicken, corn on the cob, baked beans, and slaw are on the menu! We will have wine from Niche lounge and fresh homemade lemonade and tea. Vegetarian food options will also be available.
