Wake Democratic Mens June 2008 Monthly Meeting

The Wake Democratic Mens Club (WDMC) holds its regular dinner meeting on the second Monday of every month (except July and December) at the Clarion Hotel, 320 Hillsborough St., Raleigh, one block west of Goodwin House.

The June 2008 WDMC meeting will be held on Monday, June 9, 2008 at the Clarion Hotel. Registration starts at 6 PM, and a plated dinner ($16) is served at 6:30 PM. PLEASE RSVP FOR DINNER AT 919-773-0245 or by email (wakedemmen@wakedems.org).

Program
Our guest speaker will be Rob Christensen, longtime political columnist for the Raleigh News & Observer. Mr. Christensen is also the author of the recently-published book, The Paradox of Tar Heel Politics. Time-permitting, a Q&A session will follow Mr. Christensen's presentation.
