Precinct Organizing and Support Committee meeting

Meeting to assign committee tasks and timeline for the 2008 election season.

Pay is lousy ($0) but satisfaction is huge and you will meet multitudes of wonderful people.

If you can not travel to the early primary states to help the Presidential candidate of your choice, or if you are focused on the intriguing races in NC and Wake County, you can put your passion and talents to great effect right now in Wake County!

Organizational meeting to take place THUR 12/13 @ 7pm
Some of the skills that are needed:
**Phone skills - will be spending time contacting Wake County Democrats.
**data management. Access and Excel folks needed to look at voter registration and participation trends for all precincts.
**Organizational skills - Wake has 189 precincts and hope to have over 80% organized before April 2008.
**communications/marketing skills - need to develop precinct packets with the right message.
**volunteer management - need leaders to step up and see tasks through completion in their groups.
