Unfortunately, Rev. Dr. William Barber will not be presenting the HKonJ report card at the scheduled event this evening. Raymond Shipman Jr., long-time activist and president of the Fayetteville/Cumberland county NAACP, died early this week and Rev. Barber is needed with the family at this time. In his place, Dr. Jarvis Hall will be presenting the report card. Dr. Hall compiled and authored the report card and has detailed knowledge of the progress to date.
